These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of eventrigger ("Eventrigger", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using Eventrigger, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Eventrigger provides a remote event and automation service that allows users to create triggers and connect those triggers to listener applications or other software.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity that occurs through your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep that information reasonably up to date.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not use Eventrigger to break the law, gain unauthorized access to systems, interfere with the service, send malicious software, circumvent security measures, or create unreasonable risk to other users or infrastructure.
4. Your Triggers and Events
You are responsible for the triggers, event data, listener applications, and actions that you create or cause through Eventrigger. Eventrigger is a relay service and does not control what your listener software does after receiving an event.
5. Third-Party Services
Eventrigger uses third-party services to operate parts of the platform, including authentication and data storage. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.
6. Availability
We do not guarantee that Eventrigger will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when reasonably necessary.
7. Account Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create security or operational risks, or are otherwise used in a way that may harm Eventrigger or others.
8. Disclaimer
Eventrigger is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We make no warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Eventrigger and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we may update the effective date and provide additional notice when appropriate.
